DPT is doing Training Business since 1995 in the field of Telecommunications. Training is a vital requirement for the Telecom companies in India for the following reasons.

1) Companies as Employers always want cheaper and effective manpower which is possible by hiring creamy fresh Engineers and then giving them appropriate training relating to the job.

2)Fresh Engineers from colleges lack “concepts” on theories as well as practical information required for jobs.

3)Technologies in Telecom and IT keep changing and more and more new training courses are required every year.

Dr.Pandian Technologies have a long experience in the Training business. DPT introduces new courses in advance to meet the demand. For example we had courses on 3G, before 3G was launched. Now we have course on 4G (LTE).

Employers want to minimise costs in training and want the fresh Engineer to know “A to Z” of a Technology in 2 days. DPT has successful training courses that are 2 to 3 days long for such purposes.

However, DPT believes that a relatively longer training duration is required along with practical exposure for the fresh Engineers. We offer such training courses to the Public Engineers in our premises in Greater Noida and Tamil Nadu. But we found that the students who want to come for training are interested in JOBS only and not interested in gaining “Knowledge”. They are also not interested in paying for Trainings. Because of this reason, our public Training was closed for some time.

DPT therefore is now trying to get the candidates JOBS first and then arrange training. The Trend now is to provide FREE TRAININGS to candidates selected for JOBS by DPT.

Paid Trainings to general public is offered on any topic, if suitable registrations are in place.

DPT is offering Training to Corporate companies on the various topics of Telecommunication. This is a good business model that is cheaper for companies and profitable to DPT. Our current customers include Ericsson, Aircel, Vodafone, Nokia, LG Soft, Com Viva, Ceregon etc. The courses can be conducted either in our premises in Greater Noida or at the customer’s location anywhere in the world.
