Although India is making great contribution on the Technology fronts like Mobile Networks and software, the existing Agriculture related technologies in India are in primitive stages.

To our surprise, we found that the Indian farmers get affected by weeds during the raining season and there is no effective way of weed control. For example, the mechanical weed removing machines are costly and also are not available in the market. That means India is suffering heavy losses due to in ability to control weeds in the Agriculture.

DPT will do Research to remove weeds effectively at low cost and bring suitable weed control products in the near Future.
